Haiti faces political problems. Therefore, property investment in the country should be considered risky. If you're a foreigner who wants to invest in properties, you might consider regions that are relatively stable politically such as the Singapore Property market.

On the flip side, the axiom that High Risk = High Gains holds true. So that may be a reason to consider for investing in Haiti.
