Beaches and great scenery

Beaches and great scenery are always a draw, but considering that not all that long ago it wasn't too safe there, I wonder if that will have an impact on home sales to Haitan Americans? Granted the country has stablized a lot. And if the price is right, it may be an enticement that some can't resist. IF things continue to go well, they may become a great investment opportunity.
