Police and Judges

Several required actions are obvious:
  • Increase the size of the police force
  • Purge corrupt officers from the police force
  • Purge corrupt judges from the judiciary
This alone would improve the situation immensely. Work on the police force has already been started, and should continue. I am not aware of exactly what has been done to improve the courts.
