wow !yes we can! i always beleive that the gouvernment can't rebuilt hait alone and haiti won't come out of the strugle quickly but imagine such project in a t least 5departments how great it would be my dream was always one thing like now i am firmly beleive that it;s possible i come accross this website too while i was making research on such project...wow.. i am so happy! yes we can change the country..(sorry form my english)
