We need the "world community" to make a greater effort to help Haiti. In particular, proper housing and food subsistence for Citi Soleil residents should be a number one priority. As goes Citi Soleil, so goes Haiti. Many missionaries are scared to go to Haiti due to the violence so you can forget about business investment. Strong police measures are short term and may be needed to bring security; but a program and plan needs to be in place to eliminate the desperation of Citi Soleil. I agree with Robert and Suzette.
