Hello. Limbe is in the North. Cerca is about an hour away from Hinche, the largest city on the Central Plateau. The road can be difficult during the rainy season. Haiti needs the basics - irrigation, seeds, better organization. People seem to be more interested in cooperatives these days, which Haiti has a tradition for.
