I understand what you are saying. However, HMP is trying to build capacity by providing the most vulnerable children with food, an education and skills that they can use to provide for themselves, their families, and their communities. Many of these kids are on their own and without some assistance will never realize their potential. A little help will allow them to be self reliant adults later on in their lives.
