hello. i was born in haiti and moved to the states at the age of 5. it was after 18 years i finally got the great opportunity of going back to visit. the culture shock was so great that i have been compelled to help my country. i wanted to run for president. of course that idea and notion got discouraged by my parents, family, and friends. i only felt that way because i wanted the situation to change so much and felt that i would have to be in a place for people to listen and follow. i know there are many issues with the idea. every haitian wants to be president. the idea is on the back-burner for now. i do however have been doing a lot of research on how i can help. i really want to make an impact. areas that i am interested in help are health care, water, technology, power (wind, solar - now algae), and creating jobs. it is a huge task, but i am willing to take one thing at a time.
