I think this article needs to be revisited. It would be safe to say that Grand Anse is one most secured places in Haiti. No businesses have been destroyed and looted during the turbulent years. People from anywhere could in the could come to Grand Anse and not worried for their safety.
We do have problem to name a few lack of good schools, infrastructure (electricity, telecommunication), corruptions, and health. The school system needs completely revamp to be more practicle.
Please focused on the good qualities that would welcome investors to that beautiful part of Haiti.
