For more than 25 years now we've been asking for help by other countries, to solve our garbage or trash problem, mayors have been elected & re-elected. I beleive that one of the solutions to that will be deconcentrate the city, open new areas spread up create park, provide a dump spot outside the city not 15kms but much more further & specialy request dump trucks from our partners & purchase them with a credit line from countries who pretend to be partners or friends.
In Asia (Taiwan,Japan,China,etc)in America(Brazil,Argentina,Mexico,Venezuela,Nicaragua,Chile,Peru,Canada).
Of course I did not mention "USA". Reason is bcz if they wanted to we shouldn't be asking them. The only thing they're good in is taking from others not helping. The US politic is a nickle for a Dollar. If we keep thinking they're going to help us, it's best that every single haitian search for a graveyard.
