Can someone explain to me how and where these gangs in Haiti are getting there hands on these weapons. the guns must come from somewhere. Haiti does not manufacture guns or ammo, so where are they coming from. I hope that I don't have to find out that the United States is the sponsor, because in the past the U.S. have shown their cruelness towards Haiti.
