Our company possesses a unique technology of the manufacture of biodiesel from any vegetable oil.
The technology has recently been patented (an international patent), biodiesel was certificated in the UK in the end of 2007. The major part of equipment is a reactor. Input of the reactor is a mixture of a vegetable oil and methanol and output, which takes place in 7 seconds, is biodiesel with disseminations of glycerin. In the reactor a new kind of physical chemical processes occurs, which is caused by the inerton field generated in the reactor. The floor area of a module with the reactor is about 3 m^2. The module productivity is 3 tons of biodiesel per hour and hence 15,000 tons of biodiesel a year. The cost of manufacture of 1 liter of biodiesel with the use of the module is at least 50% cheaper than that of biodiesel manufactured by conventional chemical technologies.
