You seem to be very concerned about the cost factor, but have you considered the ecologic factor. I feel that it is important to keep in mind the destruction caused by "paper" mailings. Millions of pamphlets, letters, briefings, memo's etc... are mailed out (and discarded) everyday. It is not environmentally responsible to continue this useless cycle if the same thing can be achieved via the web. I hope you are not solely basing your decisions on the monetary gains, but look at the bigger picture and make decisions based on what it means for our environment.
